I've spent  the last 16 years with a major corporate Real Estate firm, COLDWELL BANKER REALTY, the result, a perfect combination to incorporate my business and marketing background with my equestrian knowledge and contacts. The Scheller Group became my reality of doing what you love. 

All my connections assist my equestrian sellers find the perfect buyer. I began to focus on this niche in 2012 when I realized the need for an experienced  person to help these clients. There are so many areas to be addressed, from zoning issues to soil, grass, turnout areas, adequate safe barns, fencing some place to ride.  I understand their needs. I focus on listening to their priorities. I am up to date on the heartbeat of the real estate market with continuing education and the constant influx of information through Coldwell Banker’s premiere education programs. I stay in constant touch with colleagues and all my equestrian friends locally, nationally and Internationally. I am a member of a program connecting Realtors to International Buyers , Sellers and to each other. I consider myself high tech and high touch, I know how to help my sellers and buyers get to the closing table as stress free and as quickly as possible. I’m always striving to understand the real estate market further to better educate my clients. I'm here as your guide through the entire process.
